Strengths :

1. Poor communication among the students as most of the students are from the rural back ground.

Challenges :

1. Emerging of more number of Private Degree and professional colleges in easily accessible locations of Badvel town and neighboring towns, which has effect on the student admissions into I year of Degree course.
   
2. Teaching and Examinations will be conducted only in English which may be difficult for majority of the students to understand as they are from Telugu medium background.
3. Frequent Power fluctuations which is an obstacle for carrying out practical sessions.
   
4. Inadequate public transport facility as many of the students are commuting daily from their native places. Because of this, ensuring regularity and punctuality of students to the classes has become hectic task to the college administration and to the department as well.
