Principal

Dr. K. Venkatasubba Reddy is the Principal of S.B.V.R. Degree College, Badvel. He joined the Department of Physics as a Reader on 4 January 1997 and assumed charge as Principal and College Administrative In-charge on 29 June 2018.

As Principal, he provides academic and administrative leadership, oversees institutional planning and quality standards, supports faculty and student development, and promotes a positive learning environment. Under his guidance, the college focuses on holistic education through academics, co-curricular activities, social awareness, and career-oriented learning.

Controller of Examination

The Controller of Examinations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting examinations at S.B.V.R. Degree College, Badvel. The role includes preparing examination schedules, ensuring the smooth conduct of internal and semester examinations, maintaining confidentiality and fairness in the evaluation process, coordinating with departments and the university, and facilitating the timely publication of results. The Controller also supports students and faculty by ensuring that all examination-related procedures are transparent, accurate, and in accordance with institutional and university regulations.

Ombudsperson

The Ombudsperson serves as an independent and impartial authority for addressing student grievances at S.B.V.R. Degree College, Badvel. The role ensures that concerns related to academics, examinations, administration, facilities, discrimination, or student welfare are heard fairly and resolved in a timely manner.

The Ombudsperson promotes transparency, confidentiality, and justice by reviewing complaints objectively, guiding students through the grievance process, and recommending appropriate action in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
